The museum experience will fuse live talent showcasing their skills and passion for what they do, great music and supporting acts roaming the space.
Following the timeline of the great eras (50s, 60s, 70s and 80s) of automotive design, the Motoring Nostalgia Museum will display the key vehicles which have left their mark on automobile history and feature iconic cars.
As symbols of a generation, these vehicles have been present across some of the most key developments in this nation’s history, from the birth of the UAE to the present day, as well as having unique connections with the worlds of films, culture and sports.

A classic car enthusiast for many years, Akram will be at this year’s DIMS to take part in the Motoring Nostalgia motoring museum. As one of the international speakers sharing their knowledge on the classic car industry, Akram will be educating visitors on understanding the classic car market in Dubai and around the world.
Ahead of his talk DIMS was able to catch up with Akram to discuss his thoughts on the classic car market, as well as describing some of the amazing classic cars he’s been lucky to own...

As a specialist in writing about classic cars and boats of all types, James has travelled the world following his passion for vintage vehicles and has been involved in the auction and sales of many important classic cars.
At DIMS James will be speaking at the Motoring Nostalgia motoring museum and will share the most important rules to follow when valuing and investing in classic cars. Before that though we were able to sit down and chat with him about how to know when you’ve found the perfect classic car and how he would pick his favourite vehicles from across history...

As a keen car collector for nearly forty years, Alan is now the owner of the Alvis trademark, the famous British car manufacturer and he now manufactures new Alvis cars to order while its sister company, Red Triangle, restore over 200 Alvis cars each year.
At DIMS Alan will be speaking at the Motoring Nostalgia motoring museum where he will be speaking about ‘what to look for when buying a classic car’. Before that though we were able to sit down and chat with him about the kind of work that goes in to running your own classic car company, as well as how to avoid the occasional pitfall when buying your own classic automobile.
